The purpose of Ohio’s accountability system is to ensure each student is on a path to success. There are a variety of robust and diverse ways to measure performance that go beyond traditional achievement. TPS believes that every moment counts; from kindergarten signing day to high school graduation!

Overall Ratings
The 2022-23 school year is the first year districts and schools are receiving overall ratings from the Ohio Department of Education. The overall rating represents the outcomes from the Achievement, Progress, Early Literacy, Gap Closing, and Graduation components.
The College, Career, Workforce and Military Readiness components is reported for information purposes only and does not count toward the overall rating for the 2023 Ohio School Report Cards. TPS looks forward to this component being included in future report cards.
An overall rating of at least 3 stars means a district or school meets state standards. Ratings of 4 stars and 5 stars means a district or school exceeds or significantly exceeds state standards.
